you were the greatest thing
and now you’re just a memory
to let go of…

The whole universe is made up of vibrating, pulsating energy. Om is considered to be the humming sound of this cosmic energy. It is also known as the “Anahat Nada”or the “Unstruck Sound”, meaning that it is not made by two things striking together.
The body cells, molecules, atoms and sub-atomic particles all vibrate in the same wavelength as the mantra. When we chant Om, we bring peace and light down from above and create a universal harmony within and without us. The momentary silence between each chant grows with intensity. Our mind travels between the opposites of sound and silence until it ceases the sound.
In the silence, the single thought—Om—is quenched; there is no thought.
This is the state of trance, where the mind and the intellect are transcended as the individual self merges with the Infinite Self in the epic pious moment of realization. It is a moment when rises above the petty worldly affairs, which are lost in the desire for the universal.
Such is the immaculate power of Om. Om emanates on its own.
It has been said “He who knows ‘Om’ knows God.”

tell your daughter
you yell at her
out of love
you teach her to confuse
anger with kindness
which seems like a good idea
till she grows up to
trust men who hurt her
cause they look so much
one time i was trying to dirty talk with my ex boyfriend and i started saying ‘i’ve been a very bad girl’ and he said ‘why what have you done?’ and i didnt know what to say next so i just said ‘i’ve burnt down a house’
