Mirkwood palace guards. From “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug Chronicles: Art & Design”
Harper Reed is heartbroken. On the eve of their tenth anniversary, instead of proposing, as she hoped he would, Liam Barnes ends their relationship. In a misguided effort to find himself, he leaves Oregon in his rear view and Harper and her broken heart on the roadside as he goes.
In the wake of Liam’s destruction, Harper finds comfort in the arms of Austin Hayward, Liam’s best friend and her fellow forsaken, and he’s eager to help her mend, even if it means breaking himself in the process. Because he knows that true love never dies – his feelings for Harper all the proof he needs – and Liam is bound to return one day.
Caught between the man who massacred her heart and the man who is willing to martyr his own, who will Harper find in her heart and who will she leave behind?
Im applying to Uni but my parents wont allow me to become a painter because they think I completely suck :/ However I love painting, it makes me so happy and my parents believe that people wont appreciate my art. Can you show your followers my art work, I’ll show the amount of notes on it so my parents know that there are people who will accept my art. I would totally appreciate it <3 Applications are due soon and I need to convince my parents by then, this may be pathetic but this my last shot at convincing them.
This piece was a huge 4x4 called “Drifting Dreams”. It represents how love can be a dream to many that floats around oceans and desserts. Whereas Love can endure the troubles of the world, and love to many can be a gift, a concept that is holy. This painting represents the two different perspectives on love that I believe exist. (:
To my followers, PLEASE REBLOG THIS! This is somebody’s dreams we’re talking here! Sorry your parents are trying to crush yours, cringing… please do not let them. You’ve only got one life to live, and it’s too short to not do what is your passion. If I’ve learned anything from being the art kid in the family, its that sometimes you have to piss off the people who love you to live your life as you should, but it is worth it.
I LIKE THIS EVERYONE SHOULF REBLOG IT
AW WAIT JAMIE THIS IS SO GOOD WHAT THE HECK I DIDNT KNOW YOU PAINTED

“We need the tonic of wildness…At the same time that we are earnest to explore and learn all things, we require that all things be mysterious and unexplorable, that land and sea be indefinitely wild, unsurveyed and unfathomed by us because unfathomable. We can never have enough of nature." -Henry David Thoreau
